BIG-registered doctor, researcher & founder of Noveve Aesthetics
Drs. Demy van Gilst studied Medicine at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where she subsequently completed a Research Master in Molecular Medicine. Alongside her cosmetic work, she is currently pursuing doctoral research in Molecular Genetics. This scientific background defines her approach: thorough, precise and always evidence-based.
Demy has been working as a cosmetic doctor since 2021. During those years, she noticed that personal attention and honesty towards clients are not always a given in the cosmetic industry. Too often, commercial interests took priority over the client's best interest. That experience drove her to open Noveve Aesthetics in May 2024: a clinic where honest advice and personal attention come first.
Demy is a member of the NVvME (Dutch Association for Medical Aesthetics), where she contributes as a member of the education committee to the training of fellow cosmetic doctors by organising workshops and educational sessions. This commitment to the profession reflects her conviction: craftsmanship demands continuous development.
When you take a seat in Demy's treatment chair, you will quickly notice that she takes her time. She listens, thinks along with you and is honest about what is and isn't possible. With her positivity, expertise and eye for detail, she works together with every client towards an optimal result. Advising against a treatment if it's not in your best interest? The name Noveve is derived from the English terms "novelty" and "evolve" and stands for innovation and (re)development. Our mission is to embrace and enhance natural beauty with a minimalist, fresh and subtle approach, while respecting the unique features of each individual.
We believe that true beauty lies in simplicity. Our treatments focus on ageing positively: not on turning back the clock, but on bringing out the best in you at every age. A treatment at Noveve should look as though nature itself lent a helping hand.

The clinic
Noveve Aesthetics is located in Bleiswijk, conveniently situated in the Rotterdam region. The clinic is designed with comfort and tranquillity in mind, so you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. Free parking is available right at the door.
Safety & quality
Cosmetic treatments are medical procedures. That is why safety, transparency and client satisfaction are always our top priorities. We believe it is important that you know you are in good hands and treated by a qualified and skilled doctor. All treatments are performed by a BIG-registered doctor, which guarantees that you are treated by a medical professional who is supervised by the Dutch Health and Youth Care Inspectorate.
We exclusively use CE-certified, medically approved products from reputable brands such as Botox®, Stylage, Sculptra, Sunekos and Rejuran®. All products are sourced through official channels, ensuring that quality and origin are always guaranteed. Treatment materials are sterile and for single use only.
In addition, we regularly attend conferences and training sessions to stay up to date with the latest products and techniques. We always strive to achieve the most effective results in a safe manner.
After each treatment, you will receive clear aftercare instructions and you are welcome to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns.
